If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date — no questions asked, no restocking fees, no qualifiers.
2. How to request a refund
Payments are securely processed by Stripe. To request a refund:
- Reply to the receipt email you received after your purchase, stating that you would like a refund.
- Or contact us directly at support@lucykant.com with the email address you used at checkout.
3. Processing time and method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Currency conversion fees charged by your bank, if any, are outside our control.
4. After the 30-day window
